April 2019–August 2022 – Principal Visual UX Designer

Led the design and successful launch of the enterprise-grade Nuance Mix platform for IVR, chatbots, and multi-channel solutions.

Expanded the design team from 4 to 8 members by spearheading onboarding, providing mentorship, and managing an intern program.

Directed the UX team for Mix Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Dashboard tools, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered designs.

Improved operational efficiency by transitioning the team from Sketch to Figma, developing an ADA-compliant design system, and aligning with front-end development standards.

Delivered top-rated presentations at the 2021 and 2022 Nuance iCubed conferences and international Auto Forums, showcasing innovative product features.

Managed and evolved the Mix brand, shaping product messaging and visual identity for consistent and impactful communication.
